Shipping Costs & Pricing Information
All prices in our shop are exclusive of shipping costs and are listed on a net basis. In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply and are to be borne by the buyer. The shipping costs are clearly and transparently displayed to the customer in the shopping cart and during the checkout process before the purchase is completed. The amount of shipping costs depends on the destination country, shipping weight, and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Area
Shipping is generally carried out within Austria. Deliveries to other countries may be offered where applicable; this will be indicated accordingly during the checkout process.

Shipping Process & Delivery Time
After receipt of payment, the ordered goods will be shipped within the stated processing time. Typical delivery times depend on the shipping method and carrier and will be specified during the checkout process.

Delivery & Transfer of Risk
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Upon handover of the goods to the transport service, the risk transfers to the customer; from this point on, the customer bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping.

Customs & Import Duties (Outside the EU)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional charges (e.g., customs duties, taxes) may apply. These are not included in the shop price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

Costs in Case of Withdrawal / Returns
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the cost of return shipping, where legally permitted. For consumers, the statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal apply; any reimbursement of shipping costs already paid will be made in accordance with these legal requirements.
